WASHINGTON: US’ health protection agency Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has added three new symptoms to its official list of COVID-19 symptoms.
The symptoms are nausea, diarrhoea and a runny nose.
A total of 11 symptoms are listed on the official website of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
“CDC will continue to update this list as we learn more about COVID-19,” the website stated.
At least 38,845 new coronavirus cases and 264 deaths were reported in the United States on Sunday, according to Johns Hopkins University.
A total of 2,548,996 Covid-19 cases have now been recorded in the US, including at least 125,804 virus-related fatalities, according to JHU’s tally.
In the US, 36 states have reported a rise in Covid cases. Besides, officials are also warning of an increase in infections among younger people.
