CHANDIGARH, FEBRUARY 20: AAP MLA Aman Arora welcomed the decision when the Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh informed the House about the Supreme Court verdict on the issue of investigation into the desecration of Guru Granth Sahib Incident in favour of the Punjab government.
Aman Arora said that now the Punjab government should ensure time-bound investigations into the cases so that the guilty could be awarded punishment. Aman Arora asked the Chief Minister to clarify whether the Supreme Court verdict related to all the cases, Behbal Kalan, Bargari-Kotakpura firing incident, to be precise, adding all those were separate cases.
While Arora was speaking, the Akali Dal (Badal) MLAs were shouting slogans, saying that they were not ready to hear the matter that related to the desecration of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, which was unfortunate, he said.Get Breaking news and Latest News from India and around the world on GlobalPunjabTV.net.
