In Guinea-Bissau, Indian Among First Two Coroanvirus Cases

The Republic of Guinea-Bissau on Wednesday reported its first two cases of novel coronavirus or COVID-19, said Prime Minister Nuno Gomes Nabiam.

Among the two cases, one is an Indian citizen and other is an employee at Congolese United Nations. Both patients have been placed in quarantine, said the prime minister.

Public transport would be suspended to limit the spread of the highly contiguous virus, added Nuno Gomes Nabiam.
