Shoaib donates SRK-signed KKR helmet for Coronavirus relief efforts

PAKISTAN: Ex-Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar has donated his Shah Rukh Khan-signed Kolkata Knight Riders helmet.

The helmet was gifted to Shoaib after he was named Man of the Match on his IPL debut in 2008

 Akhtar donated the helmet as part of the ‘Stars Against Hunger’ campaign being run by tennis player Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi to help the poor amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“Thank You @shoaib100mph Bhai for donating the most prized memorabilia; a helmet signed by @iamsrk he won 15 years back in IPL while playing for Kolkata Knight Riders and was declared the man of the match. #StarsAgainstHunger #HungerFreePakistan,” Pakistan’s top Tennis player Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, wrote on Twitter.
