Two farmers die during protests, Punjab CM condoles death

CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 3, 2020: Two more farmers from Punjab have died during ongoing farmers protest at the National Capital. Gurjant Singh from Mansa and Gurbachan Singh from Moga died due to health issue.

Meanwhile the Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh condoled the death of both farmers. In a tweet, Amarinder said, ’’Deeply anguished at the death of Gurjant Singh and Gurbachan Singh, farmers from Mansa & Moga respectively during their participation in the protests at Delhi. The government will provide full monetary & other assistance to the bereaved families. My heartfelt condolences and prayers.”
