Chandigarh : Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim, who is in jail in the case of rape and murder, may once again come out of jail. Deramukhi has applied for parole to the Haryana government. At present, Ram Rahim is serving life sentence in Rohtak’s Sunaria Jail. A few months ago, Ram Rahim went back to jail after completing his parole.

Birthday of second saint Shah Satnam on 25 January

According to the information received, January 25 is the birthday of Shah Satnam Maharaj, the second saint of Dera Sacha Sauda. Every year a big event is organized by the Sirsa Dera on this day, in which Satsang and Bhandara are organized. This time too preparations are on for a big event, in which Ram Rahim also wants to participate.

Application sent to jail administration

For the Satsang and Bhandara to be held on January 25, Deramukhi has sent an application to the jail administration seeking permission to come to Sirsa. After applying for parole, the Haryana government and the administration are considering the security point of view, because it can also prove to be a big risk for the government. That’s why it is being seriously considered. According to sources, the order file has also reached Sirsa DC, which is yet to be reviewed.

Got parole many times before

Ram Rahim was convicted in the sexual assault case in July 2017. After this there were many riots in Panchkula. Later Ram Rahim was sent to Rohtak’s Sunaria Jail. After this, he was also convicted in the murder case of a journalist and Dera worker and was sentenced to life imprisonment. After being in jail for many years, Ram Rahim has come out of jail on parole several times since last one year.
